Chestnut-eared Laughingthrush is a priority target in Mang Den area

Itinerary:

• Day 1 (L, D): Board the Vietnam Airlines flight VN 8420 (06:00/07:25) from Ho Chi Minh City to Pleiku. You will be picked up at Pleiku airport and drive straight to Mang Den for afternoon birding and photographing. Overnight at Hung Yen hotel or equivalent hotel (3 nights). 
• Day 2 (B, L, D): Spend a full day birding in Mang Canh Forest, targeting key highland species such as the Chestnut-eared Laughingthrush and Yellow-billed Nuthatch, along with other regional specialties.
• Day 3 (B, L, D): Enjoy a flexible birding schedule tailored to your target list. Based on previous sightings, the day will be dedicated to either further searching for sought-after laughingthrushes or tracking mixed-species flocks featuring tits, parrotbills, and sunbirds..
• Day 4 (B, L): We have our final day to finalise our targets before taking the flight back to Ho Chi Minh city at 16:30/17:45 on VN1422.
