Bach Ma is the best birding site in central Vietnam. The road to it has recently been repaired and now we can access the mountain summit there easily. Thus, we can pick you up in Hue or Da Nang/Hoi An in our luxury private car with a professional birding guide to visit the site.

Itinerary:

You should plan on staying at least one night if you want to see many bird species, so we have provided two options: a 2-days or a 3-days itinerary.

• Day 1 (L, D): Transfer to Bach Ma

Pick up from your hotel, drive to Bach Ma (about 2 hours), and birding on the summit in the afternoon. Owling in the evening. Overnight at Bach Ma Villa.

• Day 2 (B, L, D): Full-day birding around summit area.

Option 1 (2-day tour): Return to your hotel in Hue or Da Nang/Hoi An in the late afternoon. Tour ends.

Option 2 (3-day tour): Stay overnight at Bach Ma Villa for one more night.

• Day 3 (B, L): Half-day birding

Drive to a mid-altitude on the mountain for birding, then drive down to the foothills for lunch. After lunch, we will spend the rest of our time today birding along the park boundary.  Later, a drive to your Hue or Da Nang/Hoi An hotel will conclude the trip.

Tour price:

• Single supplement: USD 120
• Includes: Bird guide, transportation by private car, accommodation (share twin room), daily meal and drinking water. Also provide birding spotting scope and bird ID manual.
• Excludes: Optional tipping and personal expense (beverage, laundry, etc).
